Hostaform POM is a brand of polyoxymethylene (POM), a high-performance engineering polymer with many applications:

Introduction

Celanese introduced Hostaform POM in 1963 as an acetal copolymer (POM-C). POM was originally developed by DuPont in the 1960s as a metal substitute.

Hostaform POM is supplied as opaque-white, natural or colored granules or pellets with a particle size of approximately 3 mm. It is normally packed in 25 kg to 1000 kg containers. Some grades are also available in bulk amounts.
